I took 36,000 photographs at weddings this year. That’s 36,000 fleeting, never to happen again moments in time, frozen forever. And that in itself, is pretty darn incredible.
Those photographs have gone on to be lovingly edited, wrapped up and sent out to each and every client I’ve had the pleasure to work with. From Cheshire + Manchester, to Yorkshire and the Lake District… and North Wales too, it soon dawned on me just how difficult the mission of choosing my ‘favourites’ from this year’s weddings was going to be… I’ve been to some incredible places.
So, with a good playlist on loud, and a cup of tea at the ready (with several top ups and a few biscuits too…) I sat down and went through my years worth of wedding photographs. It was quite the mammoth task!
Photographs can speak volumes… and I LOVE doing my yearly review, purely because I get to re-live all the incredible times I’ve had with some truly extraordinary people.
I’ve giggled, I’ve welled up, I’ve gotten really bad cake envy… and finally, I’ve got a collection of photographs that I’m so excited to share with you! Mostly from weddings, but a few engagement photographs too
Thank you to all of my clients of 2016. It has been nothing short of aweseome. No, actually, it’s been REALLY flipping awesome! My first year as a completely 100% self-employed business woman (check me out!) has gone well I’d say 😛
